I was surprised by how quickly this worked. It got the stains out without much effort, and for the price, I think it’s a really good buy

I started with the hallway carpet and didn’t expect it to pull up as much dirt as it did. I’ve used a couple of carpet cleaners in the past that barely made a difference, so seeing how gross the water got was weirdly satisfying.

After that, I tried it on our fabric couch, especially the spots where the dog always lays. It cleaned up the dingy areas well, and the cushions dried faster than I thought they would.

It didn’t completely erase one older stain, but I wasn’t too surprised since that one has been there for a while. Overall, my carpet and couch look a lot fresher, and I’m really happy with it.

I figured getting help with the warranty would be a whole hassle, but honestly—no, it was easy. They fixed my issue quickly and didn’t make me jump through a bunch of hoops.

The brush does pick stuff up well. No complaints there. But the filter clogs up fast. Like, really fast. I feel like I’m rinsing it out way more often than I should. Kind of annoying.

I’ve been happy with this bissell so far. The suction is no joke, it grabs dog hair, crumbs, and all those little gritty bits by the door without me having to keep going over the same spot. Reading between the lines, I think that’s the biggest sign it’s doing its job: I’m not vacuuming twice as long just to make the floor look clean. It even pulls stuff out of my rug better than my old vacuum did, and the difference was noticeable right away.
